QUIZ BOWL

Quiz Bowl:

Quiz Bowl is a competitive event in which students work individually and as a team to answer questions from a variety of sources. Some tournaments are competed in a round-robin (back and forth) style of questions and rebounds and other tournaments are buzzer based and feature bonus questions for whoever buzzes in with the correct answer the fastest. We compete in both virtual and in person tournaments.

South Lenoir has won the local library competition several times, and the regional competition once. In 2023, South Lenoir made it to the State Quiz Bowl competition.
